摘要
企业文化管理的核心是以人为本,在组织内部营造一种积极的文化氛围,提升自我完善能力,在实现企业价值最大化的同时,实现个人价值的最大化。一直以来众多知名企业长期努力建设符合自身发展的独特企业文化,这样的企业文化是差异化竞争的必要条件,难以模仿。文中论述了企业文化的作用、要素、通信设计企业的文化特性、企业文化定位、企业文化管理中的困难,以及企业建设。
The core of enterprise culture management is people-oriented.The maximization of enterprise value and personal value is realized due to the positive cultural atmosphere within the organization.All the time,many well-known enterprises efforts to build a unique corporate culture in line with its own development in the long-term.Such corporate culture is a necessary condition for the differentiation of competition,and it is difficult to imitate.In this paper,the role and elements of corporate culture,the cultural characteristics of communication design enterprises,corporate culture positioning,corporate culture management difficulties,as well as the construction of enterprises are discussed.
