摘要
提出了一种基于单片机与智能功率模块IPM的PWM脉冲脱磁器控制系统,避免了传统脉冲脱磁器采用LC振荡电路存在无磁区的问题。利用单片机同时输出两路频率固定、占空比可调的PWM脉冲信号,控制IPM内部的IGBT大功率开关器件的通断,产生恒定、连续并且稳定的去磁磁场,不仅解决了无磁区问题,提高了脱磁效率,而且提高了整个控制系统的可靠性、安全性和自动化程度。
This article presented a control system based on MCU and intelligent power module(IPM)PWM pulse demagnetizer and it can avoid the problem that the traditional pulse demagnetizer with LC oscillator circuit has no magnetic area.The use of single-chip output two fixed frequency,variable duty cycle of the PWM pulse signal to control internal IPM IGBT power switching devices on and off.This can generate a constant,continuous and stable magnetic field that not only solve the problem of non-magnetic zone,improve the demagnetization efficiency,but also improve the reliability,security,and automation of the entire control system.
