摘要
文中介绍了真空断路器的电气特性及现有真空断路器检测手段,分析了各种手段的优劣,选择了用电光变换法作为监测装置的方法;其次详细介绍了电光变换法的原理、模糊控制理论与小波变换理论,为装置和系统的设计奠定基础;设计了基于电光变换法的真空断路器在线监控装置,同时展示了与其配套的在线监控系统;最后根据试验结果,进行了社会效益、经济效益、生产和经营管理的分析,制定了巡检特征值与巡检策略,并分析了该成果的整体水平。在线监控系统的上位机采用VB6.0进行人机交互界面的开发,交互界面友好、直观,能够存储、筛选和显示真空断路器的历史和实时信息状态。真空断路器在线监控装置经过试验和调试,能够正常工作。
In this paper,the electrical characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker and the detection methods of the vacuum circuit breaker are introduced firstly.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed.Secondly,the principle of electro optic conversion method,fuzzy control theory and wavelet transform theory are introduced in detail,which lays the foundation for the design of the device and system.The on-line monitoring device of the vacuum circuit breaker based on the electro-optical transformation method is introduced.Finally,according to the test results,the social benefit,economic benefit,production and management are analyzed,the characteristic value of the inspection and the inspection strategy are established,and the overall level of the result is analyzed.The upper computer of the online monitoring system uses VB6.0to develop the human computer interface,which is friendly and intuitive,and which can store,screen and display the history of vacuum circuit breaker and the status of real time information.On line monitoring device of vacuum circuit breaker is tested and debugged,and can work normally.
