摘要
运用网络等值法在配电网可靠性评估中存在等效区域划分不规范、增加额外等效元件、故障时间计入不合理等问题。文中针对这几方面的不足,进行了探讨和改进。定义了单位故障区的概念,解决了等效区域划分的规范性和统一性问题。并且提出了公共节点概念,避免了额外增加等效元件的弊端,有效地简化了网络。该算法在计算精度和效率方面都具有一定的优越性,更加合理地评估了电网的可靠性。
Using the network equivalent method in reliability evaluation of distribution network in the presence of equivalent regional division is not standardized,which increase additional equivalent element and included problems such as the failure time calculate unreasonable.Aiming at these aspects,the paper discusses and tries to improve.By the definition of the concept of unit fault zone,the equivalent area can be divided standardization and unity.And the common node concept is put forward,to avoid the disadvantages of additional equivalent components,effectively simplifies the network.The algorithm has certain advantages in terms of calculation accuracy and efficiency,and more reasonable evaluation of the reliability of the power grid.
