摘要
光伏并网逆变器是分布式光伏并网发电系统中的核心设备。文章基于随机性电源的三电平光伏并网逆变器作为重点研究对象,首先,以分布式光伏发电系统为切入点,简要分析光伏电池输出特性的研究现状;其次,以设计通用化、模块化、标准化的随机性电源功率模块为目标,对光伏并网逆变器的拓扑结构展开研究;最后,分析和总结了基于随机性电源拓扑结构的适用于三电平光伏并网逆变器的控制策略,同时对光伏行业内的三项关键技术进行了深入探讨。
PV grid-connected inverter is the core of the distributed grid-connected PV systems.Three-level PV gridconnected inverter based on random power is used as the focus of the study in the ariticle.Firstly,based on the distributed photovoltaic power generation system,the research status of the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells is briefly analyzed in the paper.Secondly,the topology of grid connected photovoltaic inverter is studied based on the design of universal,modular and standardized random power modules.Finally,the control strategy of three level photovoltaic grid connected inverter is analyzed and summarized,which is based on the topology of random power supply.At the same time three key technologies in the photovoltaic industry were in-depth discussed.
