VRLA蓄电池超声波活化技术研究

摘要 运用超声波对阀控铅酸蓄电池进行处理,采用前后对照的实验方法,将样本电池超声前后的放电量、转化效率和有效放电时间等参数进行比较,分析超声波处理对阀控铅酸蓄电池产生的影响。相较于传统的核对性放电实验,基于超声波的蓄电池活化技术为阀控铅酸蓄电池的维护提供了另一种安全简便的维护方法,值得在阀控铅酸蓄电维护领域推广运用。 Using ultrasonic wave to handle the valve regulated lead acid battery,and adopting the method of control before and after the experiment.In this paper,the sample cell was used to compare the parameters of discharge capacity,conversion efficiency and discharge time before and after ultrasonic treatment,and the effect of ultrasonic treatment on the production of valve regulated lead-acid batteries was analyzed.Comparing with the traditional check and discharge test,the technique based on ultrasonic offers a more effective and safer way to preserve the VRLA battery which is worth to popularize.
