石墨烯及其功能化复合材料制备研究

Preparation Study of Graphene and Its Functional Composite Materials

摘要 石墨烯是原子以sp2杂化形成的二维空间结构碳质晶体,由于其独特的物理结构,具有优异的电学性能、光学性能、机械性能、超大的比表面积和极高的化学稳定性,被学术界广泛关注。文章详细论述了石墨烯特点,对比了石墨烯不同制备工艺的优缺点,介绍了石墨烯功能化修饰,总结了石墨烯功能化复合材料研究进展。 Graphene is a two-dimensional structure formed by SP2 atom crystal carbonaceous hybrid,due to its unique physical structure,excellent electrical properties,optical properties,mechanical properties,large surface area and high chemical stability,has been widespread attention in academic circles.The characteristics of graphene are discussed in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation techniques of graphene are compared.The functional modification of graphene is introduced,and the research progress of graphene functional composites is summarized in this paper.
