河网区域特高压线路大型承台高立柱施工脚手架布置研究

摘要 河网区域的特高压线路建设中,大型承台的圆形立柱工程施工脚手架搭设受到施工场地、运输条件等诸多复杂条件的限制,其功能除了需满足工人的垂直和水平运输之外,还应起到固定高立柱模板外围的作用。文中以湖北河网区域的特高压输电线路大型承台圆形高立柱为工程对象,对脚手架的布置方案、布置参数和运输通道的型式选择进行分析研究,结果表明:采用双排脚手架作为施工用井字架的主体,结合之字形的运输通道布置,可以较好地满足各方面的需求。 In the drainage area of UHV transmission line construction,large cap circular column engineering construction scaffolding is limited by the construction site,transportation,etc,many complex conditions,in addition to the vertical and horizontal transport of workers,the construction scaffolding erection function should also play a role in the external role of the fixed Gao Lizhu formwork.the Hubei river area of the UHV transmission line of large cap circular high column is used as the project object in this paper,and the layout scheme,layout parameters and the type selection of the transport channel are analyzed and studied in this paper.The results show that the double row scaffolding as construction main body with derrick,transportation channel layout with zigzag,can better meet the demand.
