摘要 在电网中,断路器可以根据运行需要,投入或切除部分电力设备或线路。当电力设备或线路发生故障时,通过继电保护及自动装置作用于断路器,将故障部分从电网中迅速切除,以保证电网非故障部分的正常运行。断路器要正确、安全的进行分合,离不开断路器控制回路。断路器机构箱内的控制回路包含了闭锁元件、防跳元件及执行元件,是变电站断路器整个控制回路的重要组成部分。文中结合ABB断路器的BLK2222机构,介绍了断路器机构内控制回路原理、回路中主要元件的作用,以及其常见故障分析、排查。 In the power network,the circuit breaker can be input or cut off part of the power equipment or line according to the operation requirement.When the power equipment or circuit failures,through the relay protection and automatic device in the circuit breaker.The fault part is quickly removed from the power grid to ensure the normal operation of the non fault part of the power grid.Circuit breaker to be correct and safe to be divided,can not be separated from the circuit breaker control circuit.The control circuit of the circuit breaker mechanism box comprises a locking element,an anti jump element and an actuating element,which is an important part of the whole control circuit of the circuit breaker of a transformer substation.In this paper,base on the BLK2222 mechanism of ABB circuit breaker,the principle of control circuit,the function of the main components in the circuit,and the analysis and investigation of the common faults are introduced.
