摘要
耦合电感的耦合系数影响多相交错并联磁耦合变换器的稳态性能和暂态性能。针对传统耦合电感的耦合系数不可变的问题,提出了一种基于UU磁心的可变耦合系数(Variable Coupling Coefficient,VCC)耦合电感结构。具体地,建立耦合电感的电路模型和磁路模型,分析耦合系数可变的原理,给出耦合系数的数学表达式,并提供一种新的耦合系数测量方法。最后,通过制作耦合电感样机,验证了所提耦合电感结构的有效性和耦合系数可变原理的正确性。
Multi-phase interleaving and magnetically integrated converter’s steady and transient performance is seriously affected by coupled inductor’s coupling coefficient. On the problem of tranditonal coupled inductor’s coupling coefficient is fixed,a UU core based coupled inductor structure with variable coupling coefficient is proposed. Establish circuit model and magnetic circuit model of coupling inductance,analyses the principle of variable coupling coefficient,produces the formula of coupling coefficient and provides a new method to measure coupled inductor’s coupling coefficient. Finally,through the production of a prototype of proposed coupled inductor to verify the effectiveness of the structure and correctness of the principle of variable coupling coefficient.
