摘要
根据探测器输出信号的特点,设计出基于探测阵列的核电子学读出电路。通过分析电路原理进行整体的电路设计,包括重心定位电路、整形电路及甄别电路等模块的设计。实验证明,该电路具有较强的可行性,可应用于多种探测器,为此类电路的研究提供理论参考。
According to the characteristics of detector output signal,a nuclear electronics readout circuit based on detector array is designed. Through the analysis of the circuit principle,the circuit is designed as a whole,including the design of centroid method circuit,shaping circuit,discriminator circuit and other modules. The test results show that the circuit has strong feasibility and can be applied to a variety of detectors,which provides a theory and reference for the National Research on such circuits.
