摘要
开关电源的设计中,加入功率因数校正网络,可以使功率因数达到0.99以上,并降低输入电流波形的失真度,以减少电源工作时对电网产生的污染。LT8312作为一款功率因数控制芯片,内部集成了比较器、放大器、乘法器、反相器和锁存器等电路,结合Boost升压电路工作原理,其具有功率因数电路工作所需的全部控制功能。基于此,详细介绍了TL8312的内部电路、管脚定义及功能,并分析了实际应用电路。
In the design of switching power supply,adding power factor correction network can make the power factor above 0.99,and reduce the distortion of input current waveform,so as to reduce the pollution of power supply to the power grid. LT8312 is a power factor control chip,which integrates comparator,amplifier,multiplier,inverter and latch circuits.Combined with Boost boost circuit working principle,LT8312 has all the control functions required by power factor circuit.Based on this,the internal circuit,pin definition and function of TL8312 are introduced in detail,and the practical application circuit is analyzed.
