云南电网调度系统应急信息报送平台的分析与设计

摘要 为提高应急供电期间调度机构应急信息报送效率,减轻信息统计报送工作量,南网总调已完成调度应急信息报送和发布模块的建设,实现了对各中调的调度运行应急信息的报送和发布功能。当前,云南中调依靠手工统计省内各级调度应急信息,严重影响报送效率,且云南现有中调OMS系统的调度运行指挥平台不具备调度运行应急信息的报送和发布功能。通过升级和完善调度运行指挥平台,可实现云南电网省、地、县三级调度运行应急信息的报送和发布功能。通过连接南网总调的模块,可实现信息的层层上递。最后,提出了该模块在实践中的升级措施和完善对策。 In order to improve the efficiency of emergency information submission and reduce the workload of information statistics submitted by dispatching agencies during emergency power supply,the south network has completed the construction of dispatching emergency information submission and distribution module,which has realized the function of dispatching and sending emergency information in dispatching and operation of all middle dispatching stations,but the Yunnan intermediate tune statistics itself. Provincial dispatching emergency information is still manual statistics,which seriously affects the efficiency of submission. Moreover,the dispatching and operation command platform in Yunnan’s existing OMS system does not have the function of dispatching and dispatching emergency information,so it is necessary to upgrade and perfect the dispatching and operation command platform,so as to realize the provincial,local and Yunnan power grid. The function of sending and publishing emergency information of county level dispatching operation is connected with the module of General Dispatching of South China Network to realize information layer by layer. The upgrading measures and Improvement Countermeasures of this module in practice are put forward.
