变电运维误操作事故的预防和控制措施

Preventive and Control Measures of Misoperation Accidents in Substation Operation and Maintenance

目前,少数变电站日常管理制度和实际工作情况不符,由于上级不能到偏远的变电站进行管理,因此日常工作没有按照制度操作。制度只是一种形式,不能在具体操作中发挥作用,导致变电运行管理混乱,经常发生一些小故障,虽然没有酿成大事故,但是也要引起站长人员的注意,及时完善制度,按照制度落实工作,保证规范化管理,降低故障的发生率。鉴于此,分析了变电运行中电气误操作事故的原因,并提出了一些防范建议和措施,以供同行业工作人员参考。

At present,the daily management system of a few substations is inconsistent with the actual working conditions. Because the superiors can not manage remote substations,the daily work has not been operated according to the system. The system is only a form,which can not play a role in the specific operation,leading to the confusion of substation operation management,and some minor faults often occur. Although there are no major accidents,it should also attract the attention of stationmaster personnel,improve the system in time,implement the work according to the system,ensure standardized management,and reduce the incidence of faults. In view of this,the causes of electrical misoperation accidents in substation operation are analyzed,and some preventive suggestions and measures are put forward for reference by workers in the same industry.
