摘要
通信基站电能方面消耗巨大,节能减排日益受到人们的重视,而新能源供电系统在这一领域发挥了重要作用。但是,这种供电方式存在系统稳定性差等问题。为了更好地实现通信基站节能减排指标,同时保证系统可靠稳定运行,设计了一种分布式光伏发电与市电互补供电系统。该系统可以实现光伏发电离并网自动切换,具备有市电时并网运行和市电断电时的离网运行两种工作模式,且在系统运行过程中优先利用光伏发电系统为负载供电,在为通信基站节能减排的同时实现余电上网,增加基站电费收益。目前,该系统在河南某基站试运行效果良好,节能减排增收效果明显。
The power consumption of communication base station is huge,energy saving and emission reduction are paid more and more attention,and the new energy power supply system plays an important role in this field.However,there are problems such as poor system stability in this type of power supply.In order to achieve the energy saving and emission reduction targets of communication base stations and ensure the reliable and stable operation of the system,a distributed photovoltaic power generation and municipal power complementary power supply system was designed.The system can realize the automatic switching of photovoltaic power generation from the connected network,and has two working modes of off-grid operation when there is electricity in the market and when there is power outage in the market.In the process of system operation,the photovoltaic power generation system is used as a priority to power the load.In the communication base station energy saving and emission reduction while realizing the residual power access to the Internet,increase the base station electricity revenue.At present,the system has good results in a base station trial operation in Henan,and the efficiency of energy saving and emission reduction increase is obvious.
