摘要
将低温地域柴油发电机组的热管理系统技术应用于数据中心内燃机发电机组领域,采用智能变速风扇和电子水泵系统,对柴油机和发电机的相关特性进行优化匹配,优化利用润滑油温度对柴油机摩擦及可靠性的影响。柴油发电机组处于低温环境时,实现在低温度环境中发电机组的可靠启动工作,并能提高机组综合运行性能,具有节能和提高总体耗能效率的优点,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The application of thermal management system of diesel generator in green data center of low temperature area is introduced in internal combustion engine generating set in data center.Intelligent variable speed fan and electronic water pump system are used to optimize the matching of relevant characteristics of diesel engine and alternator,and the influence of lubricant temperature on friction and reliability of diesel engine is optimized.The work reliability can be realized and improved when diesel generating set is used in low temperature environment by using the thermal management system.It has the advantages of saving energy and improving the overall energy consumption efficiency and has better economic and social benefits.
