10 kV双路物理备自投改为逻辑备自投实现10 kV全自动安全切换的研究

摘要 10 kV电源设备运行过程中,大部分采用的模式为10 kV双路主、备进线,投切为备自投模式即'物理备自投'。这种模式当主路市电停电时可快速切换至备用电路,当主用侧市电来电时必须人工手动切换回主用供电。如果不及时手动切回,备用侧停电时会出现虽然主用侧有市电,但仍然由备用油机供电的不安全因素。如果高压供电没有动环监控(目前地市一级大部分均未实现10 kV市电供电监控),会存在重大供电不安全因素。通过改造双路高压进线'逻辑备自投',供电侧永远设为主用侧,通过逻辑设定实现高压双路全自动切换模式,即避免了'自投自复模式'存在的主用侧有电自动投切回主用侧的不安全因素,也避免了由于高压市电的供电闪断造成两路频繁切换过程中由于不能及时储能问题,两路市电均会发生投切失败锁定问题,存在当切换故障双路市电锁定后工作由发电机进行供电的弊端。将10 kV双路物理备自投改为逻辑备自投实现10 kV全自动安全切换后,排除了上述供电设备运行时存在的工作隐患。 During the operation of 10 kV power supply equipment,most of the modes used are 10 kV dual-channel main and backup lines,and the injection is a back-up mode of'physical reserve'.This mode can quickly switch to the backup circuit when the main market power is out of power.When the main market power calls,it must be manually cut back to the main power supply.If you do not manually cut back in time,there will be an unsafe factor that is still supplied by the backup oil machine Although the main side has market power when the backup side is out of power.If there is no dynamic loop monitoring for high-voltage power supply(at present,most of the local and municipal levels do not achieve 10 kV power supply monitoring),there will be major security factors for power supply.By transforming the double-channel high-voltage feed line'logical preparation and self-investment',the power supply side is always set up as the main side,and the highvoltage double-channel automatic switching mode is achieved through logical setting.That is,it avoids the unsafe factors of the main side of the'self-propelled self-recovery mode',and also avoids the problem of timely energy storage during the frequent switching process due to the power supply flash of the high-voltage market.The failure locking problem occurs in both power markets,and there is a drawback that the generator is used to supply power after the power lock is switched.After changing the 10 k V dual-channel physical backup to logical backup to achieve a 10 kV fully automatic safety switch,the working hazards existing in the operation of the above-mentioned power supply equipment are eliminated.
