基于昼夜温差的数据中心制冷站半自然冷制冷模式设计

摘要 基于数据中心制冷系统引进的自控节能技术,在机械制冷和全自然模式制冷的基础上,设计增加了一种半自然冷节能运行模式。该模式利用西北某地区昼夜温差大的特点,能够进一步提升对制冷站自然冷源的利用率,达到更好的节能效果。经实际测算,采用该运行模式后,在非冬季寒冷期间,制冷系统节能率可达到26.88%。 Based on the self-controlled energy saving technology introduced by the data center refrigeration system,a semi-natural cold energy saving operation model is designed and added on the basis of mechanical refrigeration and allnatural mode refrigeration.This model can further improve the utilization rate of the natural cold source in the cooling station and achieve better energy saving effect by using the characteristics of large temperature difference between day and night in a certain area of Northwest China.After the actual calculation,after adopting the operating mode,the energy saving rate of the refrigeration system can reach 26.88%during the non-winter cold period.
