在线模拟停电启动发电机组测试方案

摘要 在通信电源系统中,电力供应主要来源于供电网市电。在电网电压异常或电力中断情况下,需后备自启柴油发电机组保障供电。后备自启柴油发电机组系统的可靠与否,影响通信电源系统持续供电的保障。为了保障供电的可靠,需对系统进行测试,通过有效测试,及时发现系统的隐患或故障,并采取相应措施及时恢复系统。而对在网系统运行系统的测试,除需要系统全面检验外,测试过程需要考虑系统的安全性,且不可影响供电。以往的测试方式存在测试检验不完整等问题,如测试步骤过多,操作复杂,测试过程易产生操作差错,造成测试故障,测试存在危险和中断电力供应等风险。本模拟停电测试方案测试操作简单,仅需进行单点往复操作,测试检验完整、安全和高效,无电力中断风险,对系统无损伤,在生产实践中效益明显。 In the communication power supply system,the power supply comes mainly from the power supply network.In the case of abnormal power grid voltage or power outage,it is necessary to reserve a self-propelled diesel generator set to protect the power supply.The reliability of reserve self-propelled diesel generator system affects the guarantee of continuous power supply of communication power supply system.In order to ensure the reliability of power supply,it is necessary to test the system,pass effective tests,promptly discover the hidden dangers or failures of the system,and take corresponding measures to restore the system in time.For the testing of the system running in the network system,in addition to the system’s comprehensive inspection,the test process needs to consider the security of the system,and can not affect the power supply.In the past,there were problems such as incomplete test inspections,such as too many test steps,complex operations,easy error in the test process,resulting in test failures,and risks such as danger and interruption of power supply.The simulated power outage test scheme has simple test operation.It only needs to carry out single-point reciprocating operation.The test test is complete,safe and efficient.There is no risk of power interruption,no damage to the system,and the benefit is obvious in production practice.
