氩离子激光光凝治疗近视性视网膜变性疗效分析

Analyze the effect of laser photocoagulation of the retinal degeneration in myopia

目的 分析氩激光光凝对近视性视网膜变性的疗效。方法 充分散瞳 ,用双目间接眼底镜 Mainster镜及三面镜检查眼底 ,对发现的视网膜变性和 /或裂孔进行氩激光光凝治疗。结果 133例 (16 5只眼 ) ,其中 132只眼为高度近视 ,占 80 %。 12 9只眼一次性治愈 ,其余患眼分别补激光 1～ 2次后治愈 ,未有发生视网膜脱离者。结论 眼底激光光凝可以有效治疗近视性视网膜变性 ,能预防该类病人视网膜脱离的发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of laser photocoagulation of the retina degeneration in myopia.Methods Examine the full fundus by binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy,mainster and three-mirror ophthalmoscopy after the pupil was dilated completely.Peripheral holes and degeneration was dealed with laser photocoagulation.Results There are about 133 patients and 165 eyes were found with the disease.Among them 132 eye were high myopia,that is 80 percent.129 eyes were cured once and the others were cured after 2～3 laser photocoagulation.No retina detachments were found.Conclusions Retina laser photocoagulation can cure the degeneration in myopia effectly,it can also prevent the retina detachment.
