新鲜羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉

Transplantation of fresh amniotic membrane for recurrent pterygium

目的 探讨新鲜羊膜移植术在复发性翼状胬肉治疗中的作用。方法 以新鲜羊膜移植手术治疗复发性翼状胬肉 39例 (41只眼 ) ,术后随访 3～ 18月 ,平均 12月。结果 39例 (41只眼 )术后临床上均未见新鲜羊膜植片急性排斥反应 ,植片全部存活 ,随访期内无翼状胬肉复发。结论 新鲜羊膜移植是一种简单、安全、有效的治疗复发性翼状胬肉的手术方法。

Objective To investigate the effects of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation for patients with recurrent pterygium.Method Transplantation of fresh amniotic membrane were adopted 39 cases 41 eyes with recurrent pterygium.All the patients were followed-up for 3～18 months (mean,12 months).Results No acute rejection was observed after all fresh amniotic membrane transplantation.All the grafts survived.No recurrence occured in the follow-up period time.Conclusion Transplantation of fresh amniotic membrane is a kind of simple.safe and effective surgery for recurrent pterygium.
