Advances in the Treatment of Standford A Aortic Dissection

摘要 本文通过分析Standford A型主动脉夹层传统手术高死亡率原因、降低Standford A型AD手术死亡率及改善中远期治疗效果的关键因素、杂交手术在Standford A型AD的应用情况以及完全腔内技术治疗Standford A型AD的应用情况对Stanford A型主动脉夹层治疗进展进行概述。通过分析发现,虽然Standford A型AD的高死亡率状况还未完全改善,但随着材料的研发及介入杂交手术技术的进步,治疗效果在不断改善。 This article makes a review on analyzing reasons for the high mortality rate of traditional surgery in Standford A aortic dissection (AD), key factors on reducing Standford A AD operation mortality and improving the long-term therapeutic effect, the application of hybrid operation in Standford A AD, and application of complete endovascular techniques for the treatment of Standford A AD. It is found that the high mortality of Standford A AD has not been completely improved, but with the development of material research and progress of interventional hybrid operation technology, the effect of treatment is in the continuous improvement.
