摘要
目的观察大孔吸附树脂血液灌流对艾滋病患者血浆中病毒载量的清除作用。方法收集艾滋病患者血浆,在体外循环通过树脂灌流器吸附2 h,血流速100~150 ml/min时,观察其对病毒载量的清除作用。结果吸附后血浆中病毒载量水平显著下降。结论大孔吸附树脂体外吸附艾滋病患者血浆中病毒载量是有效的,表明其有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of the large hole adsorption resin blood perfusion on the viral load in the plasma of patients with AIDS. Methods When the plasma was collected from patients with AIDS, make an adsorption in extracorporeal circulation through the resin perfusion for 2 h, with the blood flow velocity of 100-150ml/min, and have a clear effect on viral load. Results The levels of viral load in plasma were significantly decreased after adsorption. Conclusion The virus load in the plasma of patients with AIDS through the resin adsorption in vitro,suggesting a better therapeutic effect.
