摘要
目的探讨BHC吸附剂用于临床血液灌流治疗高胆红素血症的性能和效果。方法首先,对各类吸附剂进行预处理,然后对水溶液中的胆红素进行吸附实验,测定吸附前后溶液胆红素的浓度;再根据公式测定患者血清胆红素的浓度;最后,对血常规和血液生化进行测定,并通过血液相容性实验测定吸附前后血液有效成份的浓度变化,且与空白组做对照。结果 10种吸附剂中1#、5#、8#、9#对总胆红素、间接胆红素和直接胆红素均有较好的吸附功效。本实验选用5#和9#吸附剂,结果表明9#吸附剂在10种不同类型吸附剂中对胆红素的吸附功能最好,其次为5#吸附剂。结论通过BHC吸附剂对胆红素吸附性能的研究,我们已经完成了动物模型的制作和动物模拟血液灌流的工作以及吸附剂的毒性和安全性的认定,并准备进行临床应用的实验。
Objective To investigate the BHC adsorbent for the performance and clinical effect of hemoperfusion in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia. Methods First of all, preprocess for all kinds of adsorbent;then, the bilirubin in aqueous solution was measured and the concentration of bilirubin was measured before and after adsorption; finally, the blood routine and blood biochemistry were determined, and the concentration change of the active ingredient blood can be determined through blood compatibility experiment before and after adsorption, and results were compared with the blank group. Results 1#,5#,8#,9# in the 10 kinds of adsorbents have good adsorption effect on total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin and direct bilirubin. In this experiment, 5# and 9# adsorbent were used, and the results showed that the adsorption of bilirubin in 10 different types of adsorbents was the best, and the next was 5#adsorbent. Conclusion Through the study on adsorption properties of bilirubin by BHC adsorbent, we have completed the production and animal models hemoperfusion work in animal models as well as the identification of adsorbent toxicity and safety, and prepare for clinical applications.
