本文主要对经皮左心耳封堵术的3种置入装置,即PLAATO封堵装置、Amplatzer封堵装置和Watchman系统的发展和应用进行概述。并且,通过实践和临床研究来看,左心耳封堵术可作为药物治疗预防房颤栓塞的重要补充之一,但其长期的有效性和疗效需要临床进一步验证。

This paper mainly focuses on three kinds of embedded device of the percutaneous left atrial appendage transcatheter closure, namely the development and application of PLAATO plugging device, Amplatzer plugging device and the Watchman system. And, through practice and clinical research, the left auricle closure can be used as one of the important supplement of drug therapy to prevent at embolism. But the long-term effectiveness and clinical efficacy needs further verification.
