摘要
本文根据2012欧洲急性和慢性心力衰竭指南对心力衰竭患者的心率控制的药物推荐和管理策略以及室性心律失常的处理进行回顾性分析,认为应用中西医结合治疗可以使心力衰竭合并心律失常的患者标本同治,从而改善患者的症状,提高生活质量。
In this paper, we retrospectively analyzed the 2012 European guidelines in acute and chronic heart failure for the treatment of heart failure in the heart rate control of drug recommendation and management strategies and the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Application of combination therapy in traditional Chinese and Western medicine can make the merger pathogenesis in patients with arrhythmia and heart failure, thus improving the patient's symptoms and the quality of life.
