关节镜下应用LARS人工韧带重建膝关节交叉韧带 被引量:3

Knee Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction in Application of LARS Artificial Ligament under Arthroscopy

摘要 目的本文探讨75例患者前、后交叉韧带分别或同时损伤后对其进行关节镜下应用LARS人工韧带进行重建的手术方法及其疗效。方法关节镜下重建前交叉韧带患者37例;后交叉韧带患者20例,同时重建前、后交叉韧带损伤患者18例,重建材料采用LARS人工韧带。术后随访10~42个月,采用国际膝关节文件委员会韧带标准评价表(IK-DC)和Lysholm膝关节功能评分表评估患膝功能,通过KT-1000检查膝关节前后松弛度。结果重建前交叉韧带,后交叉韧带,同时重建前后交叉韧带;所有患者术前Lysholm膝关节功能评分及IKDC评分与术后评分差异均有统计学意义。结论关节镜下应用LARS人工韧带重建前交叉或后交叉韧带,或者同时重建膝关节前、后交叉韧带,是目前治疗膝关节交叉韧带损伤的一种安全、有效的微创手术方法,近期疗效佳。 Objective This paper aims to investigating the methods and effects of reconstruction on 75 patients with anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injury respectively or simultaneously using LARS artificial ligament under arthroscopy. Methods There are 37 patients of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, 20 patients of posterior cruciate ligament, and 18 patients with simultaneous reconstruction of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament damage,the reconstruction material using LARS artificial ligament. The patients were followed up for 10 to 42 months. The knee function was assessed with the International Knee Documentation Committee ligament standard DC IK- and the Lysholm knee function score sheet, and the anterior and posterior relaxation degree of the knees were examined by KT-1000. Results Through the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament, posterior cruciate ligament, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, there were statistically significant difference on preoperative Lysholm knee joint function score and IKDC scores and postoperative score for all the patients. Conclusion The reconstruction before and after cruciate ligament injury respectively or simultaneously using LARS artificial ligament under arthroscopy is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgical method for the treatment of cruciate ligament injury of knee joint.
