摘要
近年来的研究发现,肾脏交感神经在自主神经平衡的调节中发挥着重要作用。肾脏交感神经的过度激活可导致自主神经失平衡,是高血压、心力衰竭、心律失常等多种心血管疾病发生和发展的重要机制之一。而肾脏交感神经消融(catheter-based renal sympathetic denervation,RDN)可阻断肾脏交感神经,降低交感神经系统活性,从而促进自主神经再平衡,起到预防或治疗心血管疾病的作用。本文将就肾交感神经在心血管疾病中发生机制中的作用、RDN治疗心血管疾病的发展现状及RDN器械与方法发展作介绍。
Recent studies have found that renal sympathetic nerves play an important role in the regulation of autonomic nervous balance. The excessive activation of the sympathetic nervous system can lead to the imbalance of autonomic nervous system, which is one of the important mechanisms for the occurrence and development of various cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, heart failure and arrhythmias. catheter-based renal sympathetic denervation can block renal sympathetic nerve, reduce sympathetic nervous system activity, thereby promoting the autonomic nervous balance, and play a role in the prevention or treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This article will introduce the role of renal sympathetic nerve in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases, the development of RDN in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and the development of RDN instruments and methods.
