摘要
本文选用醋酸乙烯酯作为单体,二乙烯苯为交联剂,在甲苯和200#汽油为混合致孔剂,经悬浮聚合制得VD交联大孔共聚物作为骨架。通过皂化反应,制得带有大量羟基(-OH)作为基质(Matrix)的SVD为载体。经环氧氯丙烷为活化剂活化后,直接固载胺化试剂,引入带有(-NH_2^+)的配基(ligand)。在此基础上,再进行质子化反应最终制得带有正电荷的胺基(-NH_3^+或-NH_2^+)的亲和吸附剂。经1.5%火棉胶包成一层薄膜后,通过比表面积的测定,其比表面积稍有改变。通过静态吸附实验,结果表明:对内毒素(ET)的清除率可达88.57%,其吸附量为2.790 EU/g,其血液相容性良好。
In this paper, vinyl acetate was chosen as a monomer, divinylbenzene was selected as a cross-linking agent, toluene and 200 # gasoline were selected as a mixed porogen, by suspension polymerization, VD cross-linked macroporous copolymer were made as a skeleton. Through saponification, SVD with a large number of hydroxyl groups(-OH) as matrix was prepared as a carrier. After activated by epichlorohydrin, aminating reagent were immobilized directly, the(-NH_2^+) ligands were introducted. On this basis, the affinity adsorbent with positively charged amine groups(-NH_3^+or-NH_2^+) were prepared through protonation reaction. The surface of the affinity adsorbent were covered with membrane by 1.5% collodion, the specific surface area of them were slightly changed after test. The results of static adsorption experiment showed that endotoxin(ET)clearance rate was up to 88.57%, the amount of adsorption was 2.790 EU/g, meanwhile, its blood compatibility was good.
