Research Status of Chitosan-based Wound Dressing

壳聚糖是自然界中唯一带正电的碱性多糖,具有抗菌、止血、增强免疫力等功效。而且作为天然的大分子物质有良好的生物相容性,在生物体内可自然降解,被广泛的应用于生物医药领域,其中医用敷料最重要的一个应用。本文介绍了壳聚糖的独特性质与近年来壳聚糖类敷料的最新研究成果。

Chitosan is the only positively charged polysaccharide in the nature, with the functions of antibacterial, hemostatic and so on. As a natural macromolecular material, chitosan has good biocompatibility and biodegradability. Many biomedical applications of chitosan have resulted in the marketing of products which make use of the favorable properties of this polymer. A variety of chitosan based products have been marketed. Recently, a variety of chitosan based dressings have been marketed. The researches of the chitosan dressings tend to improve the performance of the original dressing and increase the functional of the dressing. This paper mainly introduces the unique characteristics of chitosan and reviews the recent progress in chitosan-based dressings.
