摘要
采用声电沉积法,在CVIC/C表面制备了羟基磷灰石涂层。通过成骨细胞培养以及犬股骨植入实验,借助SEM,酶联免疫检测仪,荧光学显微镜等测试手段,考察了CVI碳/碳复合材料及声电沉积在其表面的HA涂层的体内体外骨组织响应行为。结果表明,在体外HA涂层有利于成骨细胞粘附、增殖、分化;在体内,种植初期,HA涂层有利于缓解碳/碳复合材料表面碳颗粒释放,促进碳/碳羟基磷灰石涂层复合植入体与骨形成骨性结合。
In this paper, bioactive hydroxyapatite coatings were prepared by sonoelectrodeposition technique on C/C composite. The response behaviors of CVIC/C composite and HA coating on CVIC/C composite were investigated to osteoblasts in vitro and thighbone tissue in vivo. The results showed that HA coating by SED could speed up the attachment, proliferation, differentiation and maturation of osteoblasts in vitro, and reduce the release of carbon particles and facilitate the osteo-integration between bone and C/C composite with HA coating in vivo at initial implantation stage.
