血液透析联合血液灌流在透析患者并发高磷血症中的应用体会

Application of Hemodialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion in Hyperphosphatemia of Dialysis Patients

目的探讨血液透析(HD)联合血液灌流(HP)治疗透析患者高磷血症的优势,改善高磷症状提高患者生活质量。方法选取我中心2015～2016期间常规透析且并发高磷血症患者80例。随机分为治疗组和对照组各40人,对照组40人采取常规HD治疗,治疗组采取HD+HP联合治疗,统计治疗12周后患者血磷浓度,血磷清除率及并发症发生率。结果治疗组血磷浓度明显低于对照组,血磷清除率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HD+HP与单纯HD相比较针对透析患者并发高磷血症的治疗更为有效。

Objective: To investigate the effects of hemodialysis(HD) combined with hemoperfusion(HP)treatment of hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia, improve the symptoms of high phosphorus improve the quality of life of patients. Methods: from the center 2015～2016 and concurrent conventional hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia. 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 40 people, 40 in the control group take routine treatment HD, treatment group adopted HD HP combined treatment, statistical treatment of patients with serum phosphate concentration after 12 weeks, blood phosphorus removal rate and the incidence of complications. Results: in the treatment group, serum phosphate concentration was significantly lower than the control group, the blood phosphorus removal rate significantly higher than the control group, the complication rate was significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: HD HP compared with HD only,the treatment for dialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia is more effective.
