Study on Measuring and Calculating Method for Arterial Pulse Wave Velocity

摘要 目的动脉脉搏波的波形形态及特征值能全面揭示心血管系统的生理状况,该研究旨在设计用于动脉脉搏波采集及心血管参数计算的软件。方法基于MSP430控制器的心血管参数硬件采集系统,在上位机PC中读取数据,将数据转化成波形显示出来,并进行信号处理,得到需要的特征点。结果该软件实现了ECG和PPG信号的实时采集和显示、ECG信号特征点的检测,并用最小二乘法对PPG信号进行拟合,并找到其特征点,求出PWV和HR。结论通过对10位受试者进行数据采集与分析,说明该研究具有较良好的可靠性、准确性和可重复性。同时也初步证明PWV值与人体其他生理参数(主要是性别、年龄、身高、体重、心率、血压)是存在密切关系的。 Objective Arterial pulse wave is made up of the blood flow and the pressure wave propagating by the vascular wall,its wave shape can disclosure the physiological and pathological status of human body especially cardiovascular system.This paper introduces the developing of software based on the hardware of sampling and analyzing system for cardiovascular parameters.Methods The software will achieve the processing of ECG and PPG signal which collected from the hardware.Results The research focus on the following points:the real-time acquisition,learning and displaying for ECG and PPG signal;saving and rereading the information of ECG and PPG signal;detect the characteristic points of ECG;fit the pulse wave using the least-square method and detect its characteristic points through the fitted line;figure out the pulse wave velocity(PWV)and heart rate(HR)through the characteristic points which found before.Conclusion Groups of data from ten people are collected,and the analysis proves the good dependability,veracity and repeatability of the system.We also find that the PWV has relevance to physiological parameter of people such as sex,age,stature,avoirdupois,heart rate and blood pressure.In the end,the paper gives the conclusion and analysis for the system,and some improvements and shortages are presented.
