摘要
以热重分析为手段,研究了丁腈橡胶(NBR)加入抗氧剂前后在氧气环境下的热稳定性及在氮气气氛中非等温热降解动力学,采用Ozawa方法,计算了降解动力学活化能,结果表明:抗氧剂加入后有效延缓了NBR的降解,而且随降解率增加,NBR的降解活化能先增大后减小,最后趋于定值。不同抗氧剂的NBR的降解活化能相近。
The thermal stability of NBR in oxygen atmosphere and kinetics in non-isothermal process of NBR in nitrogen atmosphere were studied by using Thermogravimetry analysis method.The degradation activation energy was calculated by the Ozawa method.It was concluded that with the degradation rate increasing,the degradation Activation energy of NBR increased at first then decreased,finally reached a certain value.The activation energy of NBR with different antioxidant is similar.
