摘要
采用本体法将聚硫橡胶与环氧树脂直接反应,合成环氧封端聚硫橡胶(ETLP)。以三苯基膦作催化剂可以得到稳定的液体树脂,而以叔胺作催化剂均导致反应产物凝胶,表明两类催化剂对反应机理的影响可能有差异。研究了环氧树脂(E51)/ETLP共混物的力学性能,结果表明,当共混物中ETLP质量分数小于50%,固化物表现为热固性树脂的特性;当ETLP质量分数大于50%,其表现为典型的橡胶的特点。
A stable liquid epoxy-capped polysulfide(ETLP)can be prepared in bulk by an addition reaction between epoxy resin and liquid polysulfide with triphenylphosphine as catalyst,but gel compositions obtained with tertiary amines.The mechanisms for the reaction with different catalysts are proposed.The result of tensile test shows that the blend of E51/ETLP exhibits as thermoset as the contnet of ETLP less than 50%,but as rubber as larger than 50%.
