PVC/ACR共混物的老化性能研究

摘要 通过熔融共混法制备了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/丙烯酸酯共聚物(ACR)共混物,将样条置于黑标温度100℃,湿度为20%,实验舱温度65℃,辐射强度为1.2 W/m2(420 nm)条件下的氙灯老化仪内进行紫外光辐照加速老化性能研究。分别测试了老化时间为3 d、6 d、9 d和12 d的样条的色差及冲击强度的变化,通过SEM照片对其断面进行对比分析。结果表明,当老化时间达到9 d以后,样条的性能已经明显变差,老化效果显现。 Blend of PVC /ACR was prepared by melt blending,the ultraviolet ageing performance of splines was studied in the Weather-Ometer under conditions of the black mark temperature with 100 ℃,humidity with 20%,test chamber temperature with 65 ℃,radiation intensity with 1. 2 W /m2( 420 nm). Chromatic aberration and impact strength of the splines were test with the ageing time of 3 days,6 days,9 days and 12 days,and the fracture surfaces were contrastive analysis by the SEM photograph. The results showed that after 9days ageing,the performances of splines were poor clearly,and the effect of age appeared.
