摘要
制备了以不同聚氧化丙烯醚多元醇(PPG)聚醚为原料的邵A硬度约90的聚氨酯弹性体,并对其性能进行了测试,通过对其性能的比较,以及各体系的工艺操作可重现性、预聚体贮存稳定性等方面的研究,最终确定了一种硬度90的PPG体系胶料配方:预聚体以PPG N220为100份,PPG N400为10份;甲苯二异氰酸酯T-100以w(NCO)理论值为5.3%计制备,弹性体则选用块状3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA),采用理论用量的95%制备。
The Share A 90 hardness polyurethane elastomers were prepared by using different types of PPG,their properties were tested. The best recipe was ascertained by studying the properties of the elastomers,processing reproducibility and storage stability of the prepolymers. The recipe is that prepolymer having an NCO content of 5. 3 wt. %,preparing by using N220: N400( 100: 10) and T-100; elastmer preparing by using Bulk MOCA as chain extender with 95% theoretical dose.
