摘要
橡胶再生已成为解决废旧橡胶污染与橡胶资源再利用问题的重要途径。为了提高橡胶再生反应的效率,文中综述了再生橡胶微观结构分析与各方面性能测试的研究进展,并简要叙述了各表征手段的原理、优缺点与适用条件,分析了橡胶再生前后微观结构的改变及性能的变化趋势;重点对再生反应前后橡胶的溶胶-凝胶含量改变、交联密度变化及微观结构中交联键的断裂与生成进行了系统阐述。为橡胶再生的进一步研究提供参考,并为相关研究人员提供指导与借鉴。
Rubber regeneration has become a significant approach to tackle rubber pollution and rubber recycling issues. In order to improve the efficiency of regeneration reaction and to clarify reclaimed rubber`s application,research in microstructure analysis and properties of reclaimed rubber were presented in this paper.The principles,advantages and applicable condition of different characterization methods were also introduced in this research. The variation of sol-gel content,the change of crosslink density and the breakup as well as forming of crosslink bonds were systematically expounding,and thus provided guidance and reference for relevant researchers.
