摘要
研究了生胶材料种类、阻燃剂种类及用量、交联剂种类及用量以及生产工艺对轨道交通车辆用橡塑地板布的挥发性影响规律。结果表明,以三元乙丙橡胶EPDM4770R为主体材料,以改性氢氧化镁为阻燃剂,以X200白炭黑为补强剂,以双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)为硫化剂,混炼胶100℃烘烤3h,可以制得低挥发性的轨道交通车辆用橡塑地板布。
The influence of rubber types,the types and dosage of the flame retardant agent,crosslinking agent,and the production process on the the votatile compound of rubber pad was investicated.The results of the study showed that the low volatility rubber pad would be prepared when EPDM 4770 was used as main material,modified magnesium hydroxide as flame retardant,X200 silica as reinforcing agent,BIPB as curing agent.The tempemte and time of baking for mixed compound are 100℃and 3hrespectively.
