雄激素性脱发的药物治疗进展 被引量:4

摘要 雄激素性脱发是一种高发疾病,其主要风险因素为遗传因素和雄激素。基于数十年前偶然的发现,非那雄胺和米诺地尔成为治疗雄激素性脱发的有效方式,前者为5α-还原酶抑制剂,通过降低血液等组织中的二氢睾酮浓度来起疗效,后者作用机制不明。虽然雄激素性脱发治疗的市场进展缓慢,但近些年来,靶向WNT信号和靶向前列腺素的具有崭新疗效机制的一些药物已处于临床试验阶段后期,而随着毛囊干细胞如何调控毛发周期的具体机制被揭示,靶向毛囊干细胞激活的药物也成为有潜力的新研发方向。
