基于智能监控系统的平安校园设计与实现

The design and realization of “safety campus” based on smart monitoring system

近年来,创建平安校园,保障正常教学秩序,保护广大师生的生命安全和根本利益是当今各类学校的首要任务。创建平安校园的方针为'安全第一,预防为主',以加强人防、物防、技防综合防控能力为手段,采取有效措施,提供安全、和谐、舒适的学习工作生活环境。本文提出了以视频监控系统为核心,结合电子围栏系统、电子巡更系统及轨迹跟踪系统,运用大数据分析技术,实现平安校园智能化安全管控。

In recent years,establishing a safety campus,protecting the fundamental interests and life safety of staff and students,and ensuring the normal order are the primary tasks of various schools.In order to build a safety campus,it is necessary to follow the policy of'safety first,prevention first',strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control capabilities of civil defense,physical defense and technical defense,and take necessary measures to ensure that the work of building a safe campus is carried out on the ground,so as to create a safe and peaceful working and learning environment for staff and students.In this paper,the video monitoring system as the core,combined with electronic fence system,electronic patrol system and track tracking system,to achieve safety campus intelligent security control.
