胰岛素抵抗和冠心病关系的再认识 被引量:3

摘要 胰岛素抵抗是代谢综合征的重要特征 ,为多种代谢相关疾病的共同病理生理基础。与此相伴的其它胰岛素抵抗成分 ,如高血压、腹部肥胖、脂质紊乱等相互作用 ,共同促进冠心病的危险。改变不良的生活方式是减轻胰岛素抵抗的最有效途径。
