摘要
近几年来,随着我国旅游业的飞速发展,旅游饭店业已成为我国旅游产业的重要组成部分。现阶段我国旅游饭店业高星级饭店数量稳增,高星级饭店投资涌现热潮,国际品牌大举扩张,本土品牌任重道远,空间布局不均衡。未来几年内,我国旅游饭店业高星级饭店将呈现增速趋缓、饭店业市场业态多元发展、电子商务发展增快的趋势。
In recent years,with the rapid development of tourism in our country,tourist hotels have become an important component in the industry of tourism. The current situation is that there is a steady increase in the number of high-star hotels,an upsurge of the investment in high-star hotels,the great expansion of international brands,the heavy pressure faced by local hotels,as well as the imbalance in spatial location. In the years to come,the development trends of the hotel industry in our country are: a slower development speed of high-star hotels,the plural development of the hotel market,and the great potential for e-commerce. This paper puts forth some feasible managing strategies against the existing problems,on the basis of the analysis of the current situations and development trends.
