摘要
长治地区独特的自然与社会基础,形成了内涵丰富特色鲜明的饮食习俗、饮食内容、饮食礼仪,是长治旅游业发展的重要资源。但是,目前饮食文化资源旅游开发存在开发层次低、资源挖掘不充分、品牌意识弱、产品转化度低、管理水平低、宣传营销力度不够的问题,需坚持政府主导、整合资源、建设实施、培养人才;公众参与、挖掘内涵、突出特色、营造氛围;企业联合、产业集群、塑造品牌、注重营销的开发策略,以实现旅游业与饮食文化的互动发展。
Due to its specific culture and nature,Changzhi has formed its own food customs,contents,and manners. Therefore,it be-comes an important recourse of Changzhi tourism. However,there are lots of problems in food culture tourism resources development, such as the low standard of development,transformation of product,management,and marketing,the inadequate recourse use,and the weak brand awareness. We should adhere to government leading,integrate recourses,construct and implement,cultivate talents;public participate,excavate the connotation,highlight features,create an atmosphere;joint enterprises,establish a brand,and focus on the de-velopment strategy of marketing,and then we can realize the interactive development of tourism and food culture.
