摘要
针对在带钢冷轧过程中,辊系变形对板厚精度有重要的影响,并难以测量的问题,引入了数据分析的概念,对大量的轧制历史数据进行预处理,然后利用小波分析的算法回归辊系热膨胀的时间曲线,得出了在一定轧制条件下的轧辊热变形规律。最后将此规律应用到同等条件下的轧制中并依次进行了轧制补偿,取得了一定的补偿效果。
In the strip steel cold rolling process,the roll system deformation will greatly influence the thickness accuracy,and it can hardly be measured. This article introduces the concept of data analysis,carries out pretreatment to a great deal of historical rolling data,then uses the algorithm of wavelet analysis to return the time profiles of roll system thermal expansion,so finds out the rule of roll thermal deformation. Finally,we use this rule into the rolling of the same circumstances,and carries out rolling compensation and achieves some effect.
