新形势下加强对“一把手”权力制约监督的探讨

On Strengthening Restricting Supervision Toward“Number One Leader”Power under New Situation

在我国现有政治体制下,对"一把手"权力的制约监督是一个薄弱环节,然而加强对党政"一把手"的权力制约监督,是新时期党风廉政建设的必然要求,已是一项十分重要而紧迫的任务。相关部门应从加强廉政教育、完善反腐制度、创新监督机制三个方面规范党政"一把手"行使权力。

Under our existing political system,restricting supervision toward“Number One Leader”power is a weak link,but it is an inevitable demand of cleaning Party government in the new period to strengthen the restricting supervision toward“The Number One Leader”power,and it has become a very important and urgent task. So the relevant departments must ensure that“The Number One Leader”exercise his power normally by the following three aspects:strengthening the honest and clean government education;perfecting the anti-corruption systems;creating new supervision mechanism.
