Marxist concept of the masses is the foundation of Marxist historical materialism.It is the basic view point to solve the rela-tion between the Party and the masses and also the fundamental position to treat the masses correctly.We should deeply launch a prac-tical activity of the Party’s mass line education, raise the Party members and cadres’ self-consciousness to practice Marxist mass view, and make Marxist mass view really root in our thoughts and be carried out in our actions by means of combining study with prac-tice.Marxism has answered the question of who is the creator of the history, univocally puts forward a great assertion that the people are the creator of the history, ends the long-time rule of Idealist historical view of heroes, and restores the true features that the people are the creators of the history.It shows the nature of Marxist material historical view.
