Problems and Countermeasures on Development of Shanxi New Professional Farmer

现阶段山西省新型职业农民发展中存在的不足有:农民职业发展意识不强,农民文化程度较低,受培育农民比重较少,培育体系不健全,农民经济基础薄弱,土地流转不流畅,地区间新型职业农民发展程度差距大等。结合山西省的实际解决这些问题的对策有:积极培养农民职业意识,坚持"引进来"的培育方针,完善培育体系,加大资金扶持,细化土地流转政策,发挥政策宏观调控作用等。

We can find some problems in our present Shanxi new professional farmers development:farmers’ low occupation develop-ment consciousness, little educational farmers, the small proportion of the cultivation of farmers, underdeveloped cultivation system, weak economic foundation, some obstacles in transferring rural land,largegap in new occupation farmers between different regions.Ac-cording to the actual situation of Shanxi Province, we raise some corresponding policies: positively cultivate farmer professional con-sciousness, insist on the principle of “bring in”, improve training system, intensify financial support, segment the policy of transfer-ring rural land, play the role of macroeconomic regulation and control.
