对大学生“手机控”现象的反思与建议——以山西农业大学为例

Reflections of College Students' “ Mobile Phone Control”Phenomenon and Suggestions——Taking Shanxi Agricultural University for Example

当代大学生对手机的依赖性越来越强,大学生"手机控"现象表现为:使用手机的时间长、进行手机娱乐的频次高、对手机的关注度高等。造成大学生"手机控"的原因有个体心理、个体对于手机技术的错误认识以及教育管控缺失等,可以通过社会政策干预、学校教育的良性引导及理性的自我管理来缓解此现象。

Contemporary college students relying on mobile phones is growing. It has become a 'mobile phone control phenomenon'which shows that the time of using mobile phone is long,the frequency of mobile phone entertainment is high and that the degree of concern on phone is high. The causes of the phenomenon are as; the individual psychological reasons: wrong understanding to phone technology: and the missing of education,management and control. Therefore,we can relieve this phenomenon by means of social policy interventions,benign guide of college education and student self management.
