Soviet Union Forced Migration Policy and Its Historical Enlightenment

苏联曾经是具有重要影响力的社会主义大国,是战后影响世界政治、经济发展的重要一极。在苏联社会主义建设过程中,民族问题始终是学术界公认的焦点问题,也被认为是直接引发苏联国内紧张局势,最终导致苏联解体的重要诱因之一。强制性民族迁徙,是苏联在自身社会主义建设过程中实行的一项民族政策,正是这项民族政策直接埋下了民族冲突、民族仇恨、导致国家解体的祸根。今天,我们重新对这一政策进行研究和分析,不但有利于总结苏联社会主义建设的经验教训,全面准确认识马克思主义民族观的精神要义,而且对于现时期我国积极构建和谐的民族关系、实现民族振兴具有重大的现实意义。

The Soviet Union was once a great socialist country with very important influence to the development of the post- war world politics and economy. In the process of socialist construction in Soviet Union,its national problem is always the public focus in the academicals field,and it is also thought to cause directly the Soviet domestic tensions,and eventually lead to the collapse of the Soviet Union. Mandatory national movement is a policy in the socialist construction process of the Soviet Union. It is the national policy to cause the ethnic conflicts,ethnic hatred,and lead to the disintegration of national curse. Today,we study and analysis of the policy,for it has great significance not only in conductively summing up the experience of the Soviet socialist construction,fully and accurately understanding the spiritual essence of Marxist view,but also in actively building a harmonious ethnic relation at present time in our country.
